“If the facts don't fit the theory, change the facts.”

-Albert Einstein

"I never guess. It is a capital mistake to theorize before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts."

-Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

  1. That depends on how "mathematically strong" your theory is. I usually incline towards Einstein's way of things but I don't try to "change the facts" 🙂 rather I recheck everything to make sure that I have gotten the facts right.

  2. Remote support is a very useful utility or tool for providing technical support assistance to remote desktop users. The comptuer and their users can be located and connected to the Internet be accessed. Not only on the Internet for web based remote support but also on the local LAN.

  3. desktop remote support through the web is an invaluable resource to have if you support computer desktop or servers. Technical support is much easier and faster when you can remotely access the computer rather than having to go to the office the computer is located in.
